The company started its activities in the mid 80-ies in Florence Italy , as an engineering company in the field of design and development of electronic systems for the manufacturing industry in many hi-tech field of applications like technical instrumentation, process control and aerospace systems.
In a few years the company managed to gain a great reputation as strategic partner for many OEM customers. One leading garage equipment manufacturer was in the number of the customers; that put the company in contact with the garage equipment industry. So, in the late 80-ies the company decided to develop its own proprietary technology, to design and produce its exhaust gas analysers for the automotive aftermarket. Then a range of emission testing equipment for the automotive aftermarket was developed and that made the company grow constantly to a level of a world-class manufacturer of proprietary diagnostic garage equipment sold all around the world.
In the early 2000's the company consolidated by means of a merger with another two companies for the purpose of gaining a higher size and reduce costs. The three formerly independent companies became parts of a new company that became an electronic technical instrumentation manufacturer, operating in different industries, with the garage equipment industry playing the most important role by far in terms of sales turnover. Thanks to the relevant constant rowth over the last three-four years the company has been presented the Frost and Sullivan 2007 European Diagnostic Equipment Competitive Strategy Leadeship Award.
